OBDPC Consult LLC provides Personal Funding facilitation, Business Formation assistance, Business Funding advisory, and Business Management consulting services. We act as consultants and advisors — we do not directly lend money or guarantee funding approval.

Our services are designed to help clients identify appropriate funding sources, structure business entities, optimize operations, and navigate the application process. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and are not guaranteed.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By engaging OBDPC Consult LLC, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, including in cases where engagement would violate applicable law or our internal policies.

OBDPC Consult LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to loan approvals, funding amounts, or business outcomes. Results vary based on each client's unique financial situation and third-party lender decisions.

Past results shared in testimonials or case studies are not indicative of future performance. Any projections or estimates provided are for informational purposes only.

Service fees are disclosed prior to engagement and must be agreed upon before services commence. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients before taking effect.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding all documents they sign in connection with funding applications or business formation. OBDPC Consult LLC is not responsible for agreements entered into between clients and third-party lenders or institutions.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of OBDPC Consult LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBDPC Consult LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to OBDPC Consult LLC in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which OBDPC Consult LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
